Refund and Returns Policy – Vyjayanthi Silks
Overview
At Vyjayanthi Silks, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom-stitched or altered garments

Blouses (stitched or unstitched)

Sarees with fall/pico or customized work

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards or vouchers

Innerwear or other intimate apparel

Perishable, fragile, or hygiene-related products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any third-party vendor.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable):

Sarees or clothing with visible signs of wear or damage not caused by us

Any item not in its original condition or missing parts

Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at Vyjayantifashions@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon successful return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift was sent to the buyer, we’ll issue the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
